Project Management

• At SCN we have gained extensive project management experience through successful completion of major projects in Europe and the rest of the world.
• All our Project Managers are familiar with utilising Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Microsoft Project Manager. In addition many are familiar with working to MOD and Government project management procedures and policies such as PRINCE2.
